The architect who designed the Jewish Learning Centre is Lanny Silver. Lanny has put in hundreds of hours designing and re-designing the building over the past few years. Lanny was also the architect for the current north-end Lubavitch Centre building.
The accountant for the project is Gerald Levin C.A.. Gerald, a strong supporter and participator in Chabad’s programs, has helped prepare the many financial forecasts that the bankers needed.
The Steinbach Credit Union has agreed to provide all the interim financing necessary, so that the building can be built on time (scheduled opening, December, 2010) and the contractor paid, while the campaign kicks in, the pledges are paid, and the government grants funded.
The Project Manager for the Jewish Learning Centre is Abe Anhang, a dedicated and well known figure in the community with much experience in both financing and construction.
Shelly Werner has generously donated her professional Interior Design services, and is advising on the building finishings as well as general usage optimization. Her fresh and practical approach is a most valuable component in the planning of this project.
Drawing on his many years of experience in the commercial catering industry, Lionel Rosenberg volunteered to be the Kitchen Consultant. His innovative input has greatly enhanced this important department of the Jewish Learning Centre.
