Campaign Goal
The total cost of new 17,000 square foot building will be $3.9 million.
The goal is to raise 4.2 Million to also cover furniture and fixtures and all soft costs (artichects, engineers, interim financing etc.) with the objective of fully paying for the cost of construction so that there will be no mortgage.
Thanks to generous local support, and assistance from all levels of government, $3.3 Million have already been raised.
The goal of this community-wide capital campaign is to raise the balance of $900,000.
