At Oholei Torah Day School, we are committed to providing a comprehensive education that aligns with the Manitoba curriculum standards.

In our Jewish studies curriculum, students in grades 1-4 focus on properly reading Hebrew, learning the Chumash both at their own pace and by the weekly parsha, and studying Jewish laws and customs both of daily Mitzvot and of the Holidays. Students in grades 5-7 focus on developing skills in the study of Mishna and Gemara (the Talmud), applying critical thought process to many practical cases. We also endeavor to ensure our students comprehend basic Jewish beliefs, and to that end study selections of Maimonides' and Chassidic thought.

Our general studies program encompasses a diverse range of subjects, including language arts, mathematics, science, health, art and social studies. With a focus on academic excellence and student-centered learning, our curriculum is designed to foster critical thinking, creativity, and lifelong learning skills. Through engaging lessons, hands-on activities, and collaborative projects, students are empowered to explore, inquire, and succeed. Our dedicated teachers are passionate about supporting each student's individual growth and academic achievement. At Oholei Torah Day School, we strive to inspire a love for learning and prepare students for success in their academic journey and beyond.

We continuously strive to improve our curriculum every year; for more detail on the current years curriculum, please contact us.
