Colel Chabad, founded in 1788 by the first Chabad-Lubavitch Rebbe, R' Schneur Zalman of Liadi, is the oldest continuously operating charity in Israel. This video was produced in honor of the 200th anniversary of the passing of R' Shneur Zalman.
