We at Chabad-Lubavitch of Winnipeg join you in hope and prayer as we approach the new Jewish year of 5778. Together we'll listen to the call of the Shofar, taste the sweetness of the Apple-and-Honey, recommit to G-d on Yom Kippur.
Join us this year to celebrate
together at the Jewish Learning Centre where we will enjoy the spectacular rendition of the services by Zoltan Jakal, a world-class chazzan from Hungary. The melodies are timeless, creating an uplifting environment that will leave you
with memories to carry you through the year.
Wishing you a happy & sweet New Year!

Following services on the first day of Rosh Hashana, the entire community joins together in a proud processional for the observance of tashlich. Representing the themes of renewal and rejuvenation, this tradition also has a way of demonstrating a spirit of communal solidarity as young and old march and sing together while en route to perform a fascinating mitzvah.
