Global Unity Event

Please join us for JLI's Global Hakhel Broadcast uniting Jewish communities around the world for an hour of inspiration and learning. The broadcast will be held on Sunday, February 21st at 11 AM at the Jewish Learning Centre. There is no charge or registration required. The Jewish Course of Why

The Rohr Jewish Learning Institute (JLI) will present The Jewish Course of Why, the institute’s new six-session winter 2016 course that will begin February 9, 2016.

Rabbi Shmuly Altein of Chabad-Lubavitch will conduct the six course sessions at 7:30 - 9:00 pm on Tuesday evenings at the Jewish Learning Centre.

The Jewish Course of Why spans a diverse range of topics, from fun, light, and off-the-beaten-track questions, to more complex and controversial issues. Kids in the Kosher Kitchen

At 'Kids in the Kosher Kitchen', children in Kindergarten through Grade 3 are invited to enhance their culinary skills and discover the joy of Kosher cooking.

Join us on Sunday February 14th from 10:30-12:00 as we hear all about all about Shlomo and the Bais Hamikdash he built while recreating our own edible Bais Hamikdash.
