The International Conference of Chabad-Lubavitch Emissaries will offer a live webcast of its gala banquet, this Sunday evening, November 3rd, at 5:30pm ET.

The banquet culminates a five-day conference attended by more than 5,000 Chabad-Lubavitch emissaries, lay leaders and supporters in New York City.

Our beloved Rabbi Boruch Heidingsfeld and Rabbi Shmuly Altein will be representing Winnipeg's Jewish community at this event.

However, in the process of tending to our health and to the medical needs of others, we sometimes encounter scenarios so ethically complex that we could use a little extra wisdom.

That is why we invite you to participate in a fascinating new course on Jewish medical ethics called Life in the Balance: Jewish Perspectives on Everyday Ethical Dilemmas. It will begin on Tuesday, October 29, 2013 and run for six Tuesdays at the Jewish Learning Centre from 7:30-9:00 p.m.

The goal of the Bar Mitzvah club is to teach you all about this stage of your life and why it’s so important in a fun, exciting way.
The club is open to all Jewish boys in grade 7, regardless of whether or not you will be celebrating your bar mitzvah at Chabad.
